The iPadOS 17 software update for iPad has been launched by Apple and can be downloaded now. The official version of iPadOS 17 matches the RC build of 21A329.

Installing the iPadOS 17 update is straightforward:

1. Open the “Settings” app on iPad
2. Navigate to “General”
3. Go to “Software Update”
4. Choose to update and install iPadOS 17

Your iPad needs to restart to complete the installation.

You will need at least 10GB of free storage space to install the iPadOS 17 update.
