I don’t know exactly which build tools are used in your project. But based on your question alone, it should be a pure node build. Webpack also has npm packages. If you have to say, you need to add a .gitignore file in git. Ignore the node_modules folder generated by using npm and some IDE project configuration files generated by using IDE, such as the .settings folder in eclipse. The .idea folder etc. generated by IDEA. Remember to store only necessary files in the version controller!
