The HTML5 page is loaded here using the UIWebView that comes with iOS. Except for the iPhone 4, which can be refreshed by pulling up and down, the page cannot be dragged on the iPhone 5, 6, and 6plus. The frame of the UIWebView is the frame of the screen I set. Does anyone know how to solve it?

It seems that the contentSize of scrollView is smaller than the size of the frame, so it cannot be scrolled. Check whether the bounce is set to NO.
