打開window cmd  看到的ip地址 為 192.168.31.185 ，

用這個(gè) ip地址在電腦本機(jī)上 訪問 xampp 開啟的本地服務(wù)也是可以的，

但是用手機(jī)卻不行了，手機(jī)的 ip地址 為 192.168.31.51
