Default setting, in vim Ctrl f （forward）是向下翻一頁, Ctrl b (backward)是向上翻一頁, Ctrl d (down) 是向下翻半頁, Ctrl u (up) means to turn up half a page.
It is not recommended to use Ctrl. For common operations such as turning pages, I am used to using <Leader> related key positions, such as setting <Leader> to the space bar, <Leader> dturning half a page, which may not be so awkward.
