This chip includes a 3.3GHz prime core, Xclipse 950 GPU (based on AMD RDNA 3), a new NPU, paired with 12GB LPDDR5X RAM and up to 512GB UFS 4.0 storage. It brings noticeable speed improvements over the Flip 6—but doesn’t outperform the Snapdragon 8 Elite (3nm) inside the Razr Ultra.

The Snapdragon 8 Elite features dual 4.32GHz prime cores, Adreno 830 GPU with ray tracing, Hexagon NPU for AI tasks, 16GB LPDDR5X RAM, and storage options up to 1TB. Benchmarks show it scores around 24% higher on AnTuTu 10 and 23% higher on Geekbench 6 single-core tests—clearly ahead in raw power.

Both phones handle multitasking, gaming, and 4K editing effortlessly. But if raw performance matters most, the Razr Ultra pulls ahead.
