Nintendo is launching a special Switch 2 bundle that comes with the highly anticipated title, Pokémon Legends: Z-A. This package will feature the Switch 2 version of the game, which developers have confirmed will offer enhanced visuals and smoother performance compared to previous generations.
Pre-orders for this exclusive bundle will begin tomorrow, 23rd July, and the release date is set for 16th October—coinciding with the global launch of Pokémon Legends: Z-A. I’ve reached out to Nintendo for pricing details and will update this article once I receive a response.
The company has a history of pairing popular titles with its hardware at launch. Last month, during the Switch 2 debut, many customers chose the bundle that included a digital copy of Mario Kart World.
Regarding Pokémon Legends: Z-A, the official description states: "Pokémon Legends: Z-A marks a bold evolution for the Pokémon series, combining an immersive RPG narrative set entirely within one vibrant city, dynamic action gameplay, and a real-time combat system that redefines what fans expect from the franchise.
"Trainers are invited to embark on a thrilling new journey in Lumiose City—a story shaped by the bond between people and Pokémon!"

The stream also introduced Pokémon Tales: The Misadventures of Sirfetch'd and Pichu, an upcoming stop-motion animated series produced in collaboration with Aardman, the studio behind Wallace and Gromit.
