One of the most anticipated features that players have been eagerly awaiting has finally been added to the game: fishing. Rather than a standard system where you reel in regular fish, Palworld adds its own twist by allowing players to fish for Pals instead. One such Pal that can only be acquired through fishing is Turtacle Terra.

Where To Find Turtacle Terra

Turtacle Terra is a recent addition to the list of available Pals, introduced in the latest update. Unlike the usual way of discovering and capturing Pals in the game, this one requires a slightly different method.

To obtain Turtacle Terra, you’ll need to go fishing, and also be patient. That’s because this is the exclusive way to get this special Pal.

Before we go into the best spots to fish for it, make sure you already have a fishing rod and bait, and are familiar with how the fishing mini-game functions.

Once you have all the necessary items, there are actually several locations where you can fish for Turtacle Terra, but the most convenient spot—and the one we found to yield better results—is located just east of the Sealed Realm of Terraria island.

Here, you'll find a small fishing area where you can see the shadows of Pals from above. Simply equip your rod, choose your bait, and start fishing.

It might take a few attempts before you manage to catch Turtacle Terra, but it shouldn’t take too long.

And if it does, you can either wait until the next in-game day or try another fishing location, which we will list in full at the end of this article.

Turtacle Terra is a Water/Ground-type Pal that you can either keep in your team or assign to work at your base.

• If you decide to use it for base tasks, its work suitability isn't very strong, as it can perform Watering level 2, Mining level 1, and Transporting level 1.
• However, if you want to gain some flexibility with inventory space and avoid dealing with armor weight restrictions, then you should consider adding it to your team, thanks to its partner skill Shiny Hauler, which provides the benefits mentioned above, and also boosts the attack power of all Ground-type Pals.
