Elden Ring has a dizzying array of items and upgrades to find, but few are as essential as Sacred Tears. These materials improve the efficacy of the Crimson and Cerulean Flasks, making long boss fights and enemy gauntlets much easier by restoring more health and FP. In the vast map of the Lands Between, though, you'd be forgiven for missing a few Sacred Tears.

When you're looking to upgrade your flasks, your number one priority should be to check out any church you see, as some will house these upgrades. If you want to expedite this process, check out the maps and information below to know which locations to hit.

Sacred Tear Limgrave Locations

The first Sacred Tears you'll likely come across are in Limgrave and the Weeping Peninsula.

• The Third Church of Marika is in the northeast area of the Limgrave mainland (depicted above).

• The Church of Pilgrimage is at the northern tip of the Weeping Peninsula.

• The Fourth Church of Marika is around the Tombsword area, near the western end of the peninsula.

• Callu Baptismal Church is in the center of the peninsula, near the Ailing Village.

Sacred Tear Liurnia Locations

You won't find any churches with Sacred Tears in the vast, watery midsection of Liurnia, but you'll find a few near the north and south ends of the region.

• The Church of Irith is right outside Stormveil Castle.

• The Bellum Church is on the left side of the road running through the center of the region, past the lakes.

• The Church of Inhibition is on the edge of a plateau near the north end of Liurnia.

Sacred Tear Altus Plateau Locations

From here on out, your pickings will be increasingly slim. Altus Plateau is home to only two Sacred Tears, which aren't located too far apart.

• The Second Church of Marika is near the center of the region.

• The Stormcaller Church is on a plateau to the southeast of the Second Church of Marika.

Sacred Tear Caelid Locations

You'll only find one Sacred Tear in the Caelid region.

• The Church of the Plague is near the center of Caelid.

Sacred Tear Mountaintops Of The Giants Locations

The last two Sacred Tears can be found in the Mountaintops of the Giants region. You won't find any more in the DLC regions, as Shadow of the Erdtree pivots to other forms of upgrades.

• The Church of Repose can be found on a cliff on the southern end of the region.

• The First Church of Marika can be found on the eastern end of the region, beneath the lake area.

Hit all of these spots, and you'll have maximized your flask efficacy upgrades in Elden Ring. With enough Sacred Tears in hand, every fight in the game will become easier, as long as you can find the time to heal between attacks.
