With every ten pulls on the character banner, you're guaranteed to get a two-star horse girl, which lets you easily bring them to three-star.

El Condor Pasa is one such two-star Umamusume, and she is one of the most flexible units in the game. However, the general build and stats you'd go for while training her entirely depends on your target distance and style.

While El Condor Pasa might have some of the best ratings in the distance and types, her lack of base stats makes up for it. Even with three stars, all her stats are below 100, with Guts, Wit, and Speed being the highest. While the base stats won't make a huge difference in the long run, it will make the beginning of your career a little difficult.

Your priority should be to get all your stats over 100 first, and you can do so by performing the trainings that have the highest number of Support Cards in them. Your end goal will be to reach at least 900 Speed for an endgame character, with possibly over 1,000 and even a maximum of 1,200 if you have a godly run.
