Most tasks in Phantom Pass include consuming your energy during a Metaverse activity and using your action points during a Urban Life activity. Completing these tasks will reward players with Meta Jewels and random gift boxes.

Before performing a Metaverse activity or Urban Life activity (such as the Synergy Rank-Up event), check the available daily goals in the Phantom Pass. This can effectively manage your physical strength and action points.
