When Should You Reroll

Once you finish the second chapter, you can collect your mail, use all the codes, and gather your achievements and event rewards. This will roughly give you 55 pulls if you pull on a non-apex banner. After doing 50 pulls, you can buy five more from the shop, raising your total to 60.
