Throughout the battle, we'll be airborne, but don't fret about stamina as we'll have ample time to recover.

To simplify, focus on the 3 bulges on Colgera's back.

These are his weak points, but you'll need to wait for them to be exposed. Colgera will mostly just fly around until he starts to squirm. At this moment, observe him closely to spot one of his weak points becoming visible. He'll launch spikes from these points towards you, so dive to evade them. As you approach, aim and shoot at the weak point three times to obliterate it. No need to fuse Fire Fruits or Bombs to your arrows; they won't increase damage. You can even dive directly through him to break the ice and the weak spot simultaneously, saving arrows in the process.

After destroying the first weak spot, remain vigilant as Colgera will teleport and attempt to attack from below. Use Tulin's ability to swiftly maneuver away.

However, don't stray too far; you'll want to target his underside where there are 3 more weak spots, totaling 6 weak spots. With enough stamina, you might manage to take out two in succession.

Continue this strategy until you've reduced about 50% of his health, at which point a brief scene will occur, and Colgera will start generating small tornadoes. As Tulin advises, keep your distance from these tornadoes. Utilize Tulin's powers to evade them. The rest of the fight follows the same pattern: destroy a top weak spot, Colgera will vanish and reappear below to attack, providing an opportunity to hit his underbelly's weak spots. The tornadoes are the only new element but are manageable to avoid. Upon defeating him, you'll be awarded a complete Heart Container. Excellent! As you claim it, a series of scenes will unfold, revealing the identity of the voice that's been guiding us, and Tulin will gain the power of the Sage of Wind, akin to the Champion's Powers in Breath of the Wild.
